27-year righty reliever Bobby Parnell has tightened up his control quite a bit so far this year and the results have been good. Parnell has pitched in 11 games (0 starts) for the Mets so far this year and he is 0-0 with a 3.38 ERA and a 1.41 WHIP. He has only walked 2 batters while whiffing 15 of them in his first 10 2/3 innings this year.
